Dr. Hun-Chi Lin, President, CSO and Director - Since 2003, Dr. Hun-Chi Lin was a co-founder and President of XepMed, Inc., which develops medical devices used for separating blood components and treating infectious diseases. From 1999 to present, Dr. Lin was a co-founder and President of BioMedical Research Laboratories, Inc., which developed a Web-based healthcare partner-connectivity system to be used by individual health maintenance organizations, individuals, and in clinical trials. From 1996 to 1999, Dr. Lin was Director of Clinical Trials at Specialty Laboratories (NYSE: SP - News), where he built and managed a clinical trials division that had the broadest esoteric-testing capabilities in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry.
Michael L. Ahlin, MBA, VP & Director - Mr. Michael Ahlin is a founding member of Impact Diagnostics, with thirty years executive experience. Mr. Ahlin has been instrumental in founding and developing seven companies, including two biotech entities.
Doyle R. Judd, CFO - Mr. Doyle Judd is a solid, seasoned and value-added accounting and finance professional with over thirty years of experience. During his nine year tenure with Deloitte & Touche, he gained broad-based and valuable experience with publicly-held, Fortune 500 as well as smaller, private companies in a variety of industries. He leveraged his public accounting experience to become CFO of a $100 million, NASDAQ-listed, food service company from 1983 to 1993. This was followed by eleven years as CFO of two separate privately-held companies, one of which was early stage. He holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management, and is a CPA.
Stan Yakatan, MBA, Chairman - Mr. Stan Yakatan has thirty years experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, and operational manager for biotech and medical companies. Mr. Yakatan is on the board of directors of several public and private companies as well as an advisor to several of the world’s leading venture capital firms and to the governments of Australia and Canada.
Seth Yakatan, MBA, Consultant, Business Development - Mr. Seth Yakatan is a partner of Katan Associates. Mr. Yakatan has successfully managed early-state partnering assignments and sell-side M&A engagements for companies in the Life Sciences sector. Seth serves as a board member for Technoprises/Apros & Chay, Ltd.
